I was not terribly hopeful when I checked the credit card balance on my banking site this morning, but practically broke into song when I saw that the payment has FINALLY been credited to the correct account!

It only took a week, daily phone calls (also lasting 'weeks') and one unsuccessful trip in to the bank, but at least that headache is now over.

This morning is Jack's funeral.  Never a happy occasion, 

but I expect to see a lot of support for Mary.
