Took my new raft on its maiden voyage in the pool this morning. 

The backrest made it comfortable to read a couple of recent TIME magazines (I'd gotten a little behind) while the cup holder did a perfect job of keeping some ice water handy - though in a plastic cup, of course.  

I ignored Brownie, and he in turn ignored me, 

soon retreating to a safe distance inside the house.

Another mystery solved.  

Remember that third tube of (bright pink) antibacterial hand sanitizer I couldn't locate?  

Found it today..."shockingly" <g> exactly where I'd placed it back in March.
