This morning I opened a distressing (though sadly not surprising) 

update from Mary regarding Jack.

Other much less important 'bad news' occurred this morning when I noticed a mistake after I laid out parts of the first three columns to adjust one misoriented block...

I wonder how we missed the misplacement at the 2-3, 3-3 abutment?  

Because looking back on the board there it is, sitting in plain sight.

On the bright side at least I don’t have to worry 

about angering the gods with a perfect creation!

Now that I've rearranged blocks 

maybe <g> I’ve fixed my error without creating another one.
