I did get started yesterday sewing together the string blocks after very carefully taking down two rows from the design wall and lining them up by my machine.

Unfortunately I wasn't very far along 

before it appeared that I'd made a mistake.  

And while I got out my trusty seam ripper -

before doing the dreaded ripping I decided to set things aside 'for a while' 

and go outside to read instead.  

When I came back in later, ready to actually rip, I rechecked - and it turned out that I hadn't mis-oriented a block after all.  However I decided not to forge ahead until today.

So with e-mail and FB checked, the WP puzzle completed (and my coffee kicking in), it looks like I'm getting close to attacking that project again.
