 One of Alex's Christmas gifts for Tom was an order of four dinners from Hello Fresh, which arrived this morning.  Alex made a great selection for us, and the photos with the directions certainly look appetizing!

Honey Dijon Dill Trout, with shingled potatoes and roasted broccoli 


Bavette Steak & Sherry Shallot Sauce, with garlic parmesan potato clusters and roasted green beans


 Italian Chicken and Pepper Sandos, with potato wedges and garlic sauce


Apricot, Almond & Chickpea Tagine, with zucchini, basmati rice and chermoula


Now that the holidays are over I called the gym this morning to see about getting set up with a new personal trainer.  Spoke with Lester (who is 'filling in' as manager of that) and now am set to start next Tuesday, with Austin.
