I'm back to the Land of the Living.

I was awake all night Thursday with a splitting headache, 

then started the day off Friday morning heaving the remnants of dinner.  

After cancelling everything (Melodie's visit, my gym session, and chiropractor appointment) I slept all day - and then much of last night.

The good news is that today I'm feeling considerably better, 

so soon I'm off to Bag Day at TOQS and then Sewcial at the Flying Pig.
