Read until almost 11 last night, and then woke up WAY too early today.  Since I expect to fade in the afternoon, I planned to be productive all morning!

First thing I did was fussy cut the rest of the strips for the remaining two borders on my scrap quilt.  It was a little tricky joining them so the pattern is seamless, but once I figured out the right method I got that done.  The bummer is that once I attached one side it appears that because of the way the 'blobbies' meet mitering may not be a good option after all.

Still have the final side to measure and attach, but have hit a bit of a wall 

and so decided to take a break for the time being.  

Think I'll go fire up the riding mower and mow the backyard.
