I just got back from Mulqueens, where I checked out my new machine and got a lengthy one-on-one lesson on how to use it.

I can already tell it's going to be lots of fun!!!

For my first attempt I embroidered (what else?) a penguin - or should I say I watched the machine make one. <G>

And just in case you can't read the MSRP
it's $2,699.95!

I will, however, have to buy different thread to use when I embroider.  It was tempting to invest in the 50-pack sampler of colors ('only' $165) but I held off. Here's hoping I remember to switch threads when I switch from sewing to embroidering, or I'm likely to end up with a bird's nest. (If you don't know what that is, I'll just say it's NOT good!)
