I rooted for Houston yesterday, at my sister's prime directive <G> but obviously it didn't do much good.  

I did get a lot of sewing done during the games, but am still not quite finished with the current set of blocks.  My back slowed me down some, plus I guess I got distracted by the games.... there was some ripping here and there.

Later this morning I see my surgeon.... hard to believe it's been a whole year since my surgery!  

Unlike Tom's surgeon (who discharged him from care 3 weeks post-surgery) I have seen my surgeon for several follow-ups through the year.  She's been very happy with my recuperation each time, so maybe I'll get to graduate today?
