No surprise that my back is much happier after today's visit to the chiropractor!  (And Tracy walked out of there feeling so good she was practically floating on air.)

While I was gone the surgeon's scheduler called and left a message on our machine, but of course I just got her voice mail when I called back.  Looks like a game of Phone Tag is on!

I still have to clean the spinach for tomorrow's salad, and also cut half a dozen fabric strips for one of the games, but for right now I'm going to stretch out on the heating pad and read.
