It's that time of year again - remember to change the batteries in your smoke alarms. It's always so sad to hear about house fires; but to learn that there was a smoke alarm in the house which wasn't working because the batteries were dead is a true tragedy. Such preventable deaths!
And if yours is an older alarm (over ten years old)
you might want to think about replacing the entire unit.
(They've definitely upgraded since these came out..)
