Surgery went well this morning and I was back home before noon, then dozed away the afternoon. Of course l'm splinted and bandaged up and still feeling numb and tingly this evening, but (so far) no pain - though of course I have pain meds waiting in the wings "just in case".   Next on my 'agenda' is a lot of taking it easy.
