Talking last evening to decide on today's movie, Patti convinced me to put off last night's planned grocery run until the 'cool' of this morning; admittedly that didn't take too much arm twisting!  

So instead I started the new Outlander book last night, and IF <g> you're surprised that I stayed up later than I should have, reading into the wee hours, it's patently clear that

But the fridge now has food in it, the pool is cleaned (and filling - it sure loses a lot to evaporation when it's this hot), and I'm just waiting for Patti to pick me up for the movies.
