I am so embarrassed!

This morning the phone rang at 10:00, and it was Dr. Kim's office;

I'd missed my 9:40 appointment! 

And yes, as a matter of fact it was written on my calendar (which I obviously forgot to check yesterday!)  Spacing out an appointment is so unlike me - but of course they don't really know that.  

Anyway, I'm currently rescheduled for 1:20 this afternoon.

Then I went to get my hand x-rayed.  Except when I was checking in (at the place closest to us, where I've usually gone) it turned out that they no longer have a contract with Aetna. So getting the x-ray done is still on my To Do list.

Not one of my better mornings...

So you can understand why I'm hesitant to work on my quilt.
