I'm going to Renee's "medicare" birthday party tomorrow, so I'm working on her gift today.  I managed to get one side done before it was time for my oil change appointment

Originally I was going to just hang out at Fletcher's while they did my car, but Alex came over for me to put in his eye drops and it worked out for him to follow me over and bring me back.  Which means instead of wasting time reading in the waiting area, I can get back to work on Renee's gift.

Alex skimmed the pool this afternoon, and then commented on how the yard needs mowing.  He offered to do it, and got NO arguments from me on that!
