Jean had a beautiful batik bag with her today, and now that she's sent me the pattern I'm going to (try to!) make one.  My first glance at the directions (6 pages of them!) has me thinking I'm going to need 'some' <g> help during construction!

BTW my book challenge quilt was well appreciated by the ladies today.  :-)

It didn't work out to go to SAS with Wanda after 'coffee', so instead I took care of some errands: dropped off a box of stuff at Goodwill, picked up a few items at the Dollar Store, and then got some items at the hardware store.  Once home I mowed 37th Ave., and after a shower Alex and I went to lunch 

and then I dropped him at the airport.  

He is so stoked about the EDC weekend.
