Getting ready to head out and do some raking 

now that it's gotten light... and it's still (relatively!) cool.

The forecast for the foreseeable future is pretty toasty:

106, 109, 110, 106, 107, 108, 109, 109, 110.

There's no rain in the forecast, though the monsoon season officially starts next Sunday.  Last night I watched a TV special on Arizona's monsoon season and learned a few things I didn't already know.

Once I'm back inside hibernating from the heat

Wanda mentioned that she saw penguin fabric at one vendor's booth.  Somehow (?) I missed that!
