Yesterday (between football games) Tom came across the cliff diving competition that was held last month in Polignano, Italy. The platform is 8 or 9 stories high, and (no real surprise) the dives were beyond impressive. Despite the long "fall" the dives happened amazingly quickly, so being able to see them again in slo-mo showed just how incredible they were!
Getting ready to do a little sewing this morning, then it's to the gym this afternoon. My foot continues to hurt a little less each day, and at this point my limp is barely noticeable.
