Last night I finished up sock #3.  In the "good" news department, I did the entire process without any help from Perri.

In the "in-between" news department, I got so carried away knitting that the foot ended up longer than it was supposed to be by the time I stopped to measure it.  Guess this pair of socks will need to be gifted to someone with longer feet than mine?

In the "bad" news department - after I finished off the toe and went to weave the thread tail, I found this mess inside.  NO idea how I did that.

FAIL: First Attempt In Learning 

So - does it still count if it's my third attempt?
Or does that just make it a tail?
