There was a half-hour wait at Tokyo Lobby last night, so the four of us ended up trying a different restaurant, the Eastwind Sushi & Grill. All of us enjoyed our dinners, so we'll be returning; it's nice that it's so close, at 59th & Union Hills.
That's the same little shopping center where Rogue Tomato is located. We've never eaten there, but Lisa gave it a good review after she and Jeff lunched there yesterday.
Lisa got us started watching the first couple of episodes of Scandal last night. It's also a Shonda Rimes show (like Grey's Anatomy) and I did enjoy it, so looks like I'll have a new Binge to keep me occupied (at least until Season 12 of GA becomes available on NetFlix.)
We had irrigation last night - and almost spaced it out! In fact Tom only 'remembered' when he went out to lock up the shop before heading to bed. At which time he realized he'd have to stay up until 11 to let the water go.
It's not even 6:00 yet, so it looks like I've got plenty of time to do some sewing before I'll need to get ready and <sigh> head out to June's funeral. Here she was in April at our Garden Party, where she won this plant.
