Another headache popped up yesterday, and I ended up taking a nap while waiting for Patti to stop by.  Wondering if I can blame it on the poor air quality, which has caused headaches in the past.

Last night I watched some of the Olympic trials for diving - impressive! Tonight I'm looking forward to watching the synchronized diving.

Unfortunately last night I found my eyes kept wanting to close so I finally just went to bed around 9:00.  Sadly I did not sleep well despite taking another couple of Tylenol.

This morning I'm looking forward to Linda's demos at quilting and then will probably veg out during the afternoon.  We only hit 111 yesterday, and forget what the forecast is for today.  Definitely toasty, though.
