On the way home from the airport we got to hear about Lisa's new job, which she is enjoying immensely.  So nice to see her happy with her work once again.  

Then the four of us pigged out at dinner.  Alex and Tom bibbed up before diving into massive plates of ribs.

Lisa's meeting with Tilly went well; they both approved!

Tom and Lisa blasted off at 6:00 this morning, as planned, for a weekend 'rocking out' at the Tucson Gem & Mineral Show.  I've been up since 3:00, which was definitely NOT planned.

I'm going to shampoo the carpet this morning.  Tilly has not had any more accidents, and finished off her UTI meds with breakfast today.  It's been nice and warm lately, with temps in the mid- to upper-80s (that's 10-15 degrees above average, so we've broken records on several days already) which means the carpet should dry before the gang returns on Sunday.

After I return from the gym around noon 

Lynn is coming over to cut out the fabric for her baby quilt.
