I worked up a good sweat at the gym this morning.  For the first part of my workout I used the step, where on one exercise I took a fall but didn't 'tumble'.  (And Jim always makes it look SO easy...)  



My balance obviously needs more work, so I also did a series of squats on the half ball.  At this point I'm still holding on to a piece of equipment but the goal is to (someday!) not need that help.  


We ended on the elliptical, with 5 minutes of "active rest" (a definite oxymoron!) where I really ramped up my heart rate.
