I accomplished a lot today (phone calls, errands) and then visited with Patti.  She's still uncomfortable, though the (very spiffy) cast is helping considerably.  And after two trips between our houses all my plants are back home and the front porch no longer looks so empty.  It may not look like this picture, but it's still pretty cheery out there.
