I think I got this to work.  There's (possibly) a commercial at the beginning, which you can skip after 5 seconds.  Without any further ado, here is Fossil Creek where the boys end up after a long hike in the desert.  Among other things, you'll see them underwater, following the rope into the underground cavern.  But it's the jump that would scare me!  (Alex is in the turnquoise shorts.)

The strangest thing happened this afternoon.  

I took a 90 minute nap, during which no one rang the doorbell, and the phone didn't ring!

And that was just after a mini workout!  We'll see what happens Monday when we really start working out.
