Good upper body workout at the gym this afternoon, then a little cardio. So I really deserved the delicious dinner Tom whipped up tonight. <g>
Earlier in the day I did more mucking of my quilt stuff on Lisa's shelves, took care of several phone calls, and paid some bills - so it felt like a productive day.
