I have actually gotten a few things accomplished this morning.  

First, I made a trip to the bank to deposit Alex's check.  Then, on the way home I stopped for gas.  I made some phone calls, paid some bills - and finished up that final seam on Block #5.  You know, the one I was working on when it attacked my back on Thursday!

The library should be opening soon, which means I can pick up the books that are there waiting for me.  Plus there are a number of others ''in transit', so I should have plenty to read these next few weeks.  Which is good, because I had more or less run out of stuff to read this past week.
