Have I mentioned (lately) that I HATE TECHNOLOGY?! Alex was trying to 'help' me with my iPod mini - but of course he skips from step 1 to step 3, and I definitely need a step 2. It is NOT intuitive for me, and I need a clear set of steps to follow.  If I say there are tears of frustration involved (WHICH IS WHY I NEVER DID ANYTHING ABOUT GETTING AN IPOD MYSELF) would you laugh at me?
