Great morning subbing.  Worked on vocabulary with the  Period 1 and Period 2 kids, and it was quite enjoyable.  The Period 3 kids were disappointed they wouldn't get to see me.

All the 5th grade teachers were at the same workshop, and the sub next door was having trouble with some of her students.  I had them come into MY room (one boy during Period 1, and another during Period 2) and *voila* there were no more problems.  

And when I picked up the kids from PE,
one of them said to me, "You're the best teacher!"

While it's not true, it certainly helped make my day!
