My bag 'class' with Deanna went great - in less than 3 hours I had a finished project!  No doubt it helped that I was her only student - gotta love that one-on-one instruction ratio!

And just for the record... that's my first zipper!

There are things I would do differently next time so that more of the focus fabric (here that's watermelons) shows 'front and center', but mostly I'm pretty happy with the results.  I've got lots (and lots) of fun fabrics, and my plan (!) is to make another one soon (on my own) before some of the instructions no longer make sense.

My biggest problem might be to choose a fabric - I have so many choices!
