For maybe 10 minutes. Of course Phoenix drivers have NO idea how to drive in the rain, so I'm sure there were all sorts of pile-ups during Rush Hour. Every time it rains here, it's the lead story on the news. I once heard a reporter, 'on location' outside, say, "The streets are wet." I KID YOU NOT!
Here's a 3-dog (or is it 4?) pile up, courtesy of my sister. She thinks these folks need to buy another chair.
Maybe that's just the best chair in the house?
