After yesterday morning's posting things rapidly went downhill.
I was not nearly as prepared at this guy seems to be.
No idea what precipitated this latest event with my back...seemingly nothing! I not only spent the day on the heating pad (never fun in our summer heat) but for the first time since my back issues became an issue (in '94) the pain radiated down my legs. Did not have a particularly good night (complete with a horrible nightmare) and then slept in until the unheard of time of 9:30!
On the bright side, it waited until after my birthday to attack me.
