We haven't seen any, but one of the neighbors posted this last night:
"Just came home to find 2
large raccoons in our front yard."
Raccoon removal and control is a very common service that is needed throughout the Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Glendale, and Scottsdale areas of Arizona. Any person without experience should never try to trap, handle, or kill a raccoon.
Alfredo arrived yesterday much later than expected. (Tom was mistaken - Alfredo was heading from California to his next stop in El Paso, so the directions Tom gave him definitely did NOT send him the best way.) Since he needed to get back on the road it was somewhat of a rushed visit. Still, he did have a chance to take the short tour of the museum, shop, and drool over some of Tom's fire obsidian. When Alfredo's back in AZ for the Quartzsite and Tucson shows this winter we hope his stay will be longer.
We postponed yesterday's meet with Dennis (the painter) when it became apparent that Alfredo would be arriving about the same time. We're shooting to finally do that when Dennis gets off work today.
Off to Busy Bees shortly, where today's program is Show & Tell of quilts the ladies have made over the years from classes Joni taught. We all miss her!
