I did a little more yardwork this morning, though it was too toasty in the sun so I didn't last more than about 30 minutes. 

While I was out there I missed a call from my cousin Rachelle back in Maryland.  When I returned her call we commiserated for an hour on the political mess in this country.  I always feel better after venting with her because she's avidly on the same page that I'm on... and sadly too many people here in Arizona are not!

Now I'd better eat some oatmeal before it's time to head to the gym!
