Just returned from Davonna's memorial service.  There was a large turn-out, which is about the only thing "good" about the situation.  Afterward there was a lovely luncheon, and of course we quilting ladies sat together and visited.

On my way home I heard from Alex that they'd arrived at Mammoth.  Relieved to know that they didn't encounter any problems going over the mountain passes!

It's currently raining here, and I doubt we're going to get anywhere near the predicted high of 71 today.  Good day to sew!
