This morning I called Tami and we had a nice long chat with together; 

turns out she was just getting ready to call me! 

My back is still bothering me so I will definitely be making trips out to the hot tub or vegging out on the heating pad in between sewing; I'm 'sew' close to finishing up the quilt I just started a week ago!

I also plan to visit Just Relax (at Patti's suggestion)

to try out Ming's massage talents today!
