The doctor sent me for an x-ray of my foot this morning.  He says the pain could be from a neuroma.  Whatever the problem is, I hope it's easily fixable.  It would be nice to be able to put on a shoe before 'winter' sets in!  Not that winter is around the corner (although I think yesterday may have been our last triple-digit day for 2011!) but by the end of the week it's supposed to get 'nippy' - by Arizona standards, that is.
