Dinner tonight was absolutely delicious - the beef ribs that Tom found (at a Mexican butcher) to smoke were HUMONGOUS! 

He had told me there was a lot of meat on each one, but I was still stunned and amazed when he served them.

I gave them Julianna's name bib (see last post), and they really, really liked it.
