Our hot water heater went out a couple of days ago (at least we thought it was the heater!) and today we had a new one installed.  

I was so looking forward to a hot shower tonight after dinner (and getting rid of the pile of dirty dishes in the sink) but there's still no hot water.  No idea what seems to be the problem - but at least the plumber has returned and is back working on it. 

FYI: This is not me, because I'M still waiting! <G>
