Have I mentioned my ravenous appetite? 

 I had ice cream after last night's delicious dinner, and then later a banana.  Tom looked at me and asked, "Eating again? Good for you!"  I have gained back 5 (!) pounds.  If I keep getting my appetite back between low points maybe I won't look so cadaverous by the end of treatment.
