Pretty sad that the 'powers that be' have been having so much difficulty behaving like rational adults and getting it together to work something out. Whatever happened to 'playing nicely together' and compromising? Maybe they need to post some reminders at the Capitol, like the basic wisdom of "All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten" by Robert Fulghum. http://www.peace.ca/kindergarten.htm .
