I woke up around 4:30 because Brownie was barking, so naturally I got up to see who/what was in the backyard.  Turned out to be Alex & friends in the hot tub.  Luckily I was able to fall back asleep until 6:30 - but will have a 'talk' with him later today.

I'm feeling a lot better today and expect to get some things accomplished.  

Already had a nice soak, and chat with Rachelle.

My appetite is back, so after weighing myself (and seeing a new low number) I made myself a hearty breakfast of (3!) eggs and a couple of pieces of (over-sized) toast.

Now I've started in on some neglected chores, 

starting with dishes and laundry.

It's wonderful to be feeling better, 

and ready to do things again!
