Obviously it's going to be "one of those days"...
When I went to let the water go, I was surprised to find NO water out front - and then discovered that John's horse pasture next door is under water. Our back corner is quite a soggy mess (and yes, I did fall into the mud trying to turn off the valve under the big ficus.)
Of course with the pipes now "conveniently" hidden underground it's not readily apparent where the leak is, though my guess is that it's where our property meets John's.
In any event there's nothing I can do this early in the morning.
It doesn't help that we have not been able to contact Steve Cordova since he (mostly) finished the project, so not sure who we can get to fix the problem.
At least with the recent rains (and cooler weather)
missing irrigation our front is not the crisis it would be during the summer.
The silver lining in all this is that the east side of the backyard doesn't look like it got water, so when Tyga arrives for his visit today maybe he and Brownie can play back there.
No additional news on Mom yet.
