Trying out Brownie's new tennis ball launcher won out over more productive activities yesterday.  Alex and I had fun with him in the Back 40 (though at times we had to fetch the ball ourselves...) while we enjoyed the lovely 80-degree afternoon.  

Watching the news and seeing clips of the rest of the country in the deep freeze is difficult to relate to, and it doesn't sound like they're going to get much relief any time soon.  I know Rachelle and Bob are really looking forward to escaping to Arizona tomorrow - and I'm looking forward to seeing them this weekend.

Never did sew any more yesterday, but now I'm getting ready to do some of that before it's time to head off to Foothills in a couple of hours.
