Another 4:00 morning... sigh.  

Tried to fall back asleep, but gave up at 4:30.  

Yesterday driving home from Linda's I listened to an interview with a Canadian researcher on NPR regarding his very promising results on stopping (and possibly even reversing!) brain deterioration.  Now what is the word I'm looking for with regard to the picture above?  <g>   

Forgot to mention that Linda had some wonderful cork & tile penguin coasters for me yesterday!  They are delightfully colorful, and remind me of quilts. Here they are, resting against the marmlade fabric from yesterday. 

And also forgot to mention that when we were getting into the car to head to lunch yesterday, Mr. Coyote was cruising nonchalantly through the front yard across the street.  He was obviously an urbanite, not at all disturbed by the activity at Linda's with workman busy in their driveway.
