This morning I went through my two stacks of cat fabric yardage - so many fun prints - looking for a backing.  I whittled it down to about half a dozen choices before deciding to go with the largest overall pattern.

But while I have more than enough length, I'm going to be a little short on the width since the top measures  42" wide.  That means before I can sandwich and start quilting I'm going to need to add a border strip to each side.
