My foot is pretty achy, likely an after-effect from PT.  Though I'm mostly sitting around, this afternoon I gave up on the crutches and reverted back to the scooter.  Have to admit I'm discouraged by not being able to bear weight.

I applied some heat this evening, which felt good.

It was cloudy all day, and fairly cool.  Here's the forecast for the rest of the week (notice the considerable spread between Tuesday and Saturday) and how the predicted temps relate to the average date we would expect to see them. 

I almost finished up binding the quilt.  I have to join the tails before I can do that last little bit, but leaving that until tomorrow.
