Patch, patch, patch!  It's always something...sigh.  

I do have a "major" milestone birthday approaching, 

so guess it isn't too surprising?

Now that I've resolved the "heart issue", and my knee is no longer much of a problem, I've been dealing with other things.  For the past week the tricep discomfort I've experienced off and on for the past year or so has turned into full-blown pain in the entire section of my left arm.  It is seriously limiting movement during the day, and has been making it difficult to find a comfortable position for that arm when I'm trying to fall asleep at night.

Otherwise <lol> all is well.
