Marcie came over today to deliver some laundry soap and we visited for a while on the front porch while social distancing visit on front porch. She brought over the info for the AirTamer, now back in stock, and which I ordered. Before Marcie got hers she used to get sick every time she traveled - but once she started wearing hers she quit getting sick. In theory it works like being protected from germs in a 3-foot bubble, so certainly worth a try. At some point I'd like to quit being a hermit!
The rechargeable wearable air purifier sanitizes one’s personal space. The palm-sized unit weighs just 2 oz. and hangs comfortably around the neck with the adjustable lanyard, purifying the air up to 3' from the device when used as indicated. It emits over 36 million negative ions every second that attach to viruses, bacteria, and mold and move them to positively charged surfaces like a floor and away from the immediate area. The silent unit also combats allergens such as tobacco smoke, pollen, and dust without costly filters.
About the time Marcie was getting ready to head home a car pulled into the driveway behind her. Turned out to be a lunch order delivery for Alex and Gabby. "What - they didn't order anything for me?" <g> It turned out that he actually had a cancelled lunch order from Burger King (double burger, fries, drink) that he gifted me - who says there's no such thing as a free lunch?
Alex and Gabby came over to swim in the afternoon. Vera seemed pretty relaxed on the raft.
Brownie?
Not so much.
