My first night with the new mask did seem to go better, and happily I made it into REM sleep both before and after my bathroom run.  While I still have to wait a bit for the "official" results to post, I am expecting good numbers.

  

Though I still woke earlier (5:15) than I would have wished, 

that is still an improvement over 4:00.  

I'll take what I can get!

It poured (again) last evening - 

though rumor has it that we won't be seeing any more of that wet stuff 

for at least the next few days.  

While rain is "always" needed here, 

we'd rather not have days (and days!) in a row of it.

If that was the case we'd choose to live in Seattle....
